Key Accountabilities
- Maintain all documentation for applications, development and operations as needed by an implementation
- Proficient in maintaining good records
- Good written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with customers, management and fellow employees
- Flexibility to meet current demands within time constraints
- Proficient in one or more of Smart IS's technical practice fields and must have the ability to learn additional technical skills as directed
- Basic business knowledge in their area of coverage
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Ability to work together with others to accomplish a common goal
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
- Bachelor's Degree in another field plus four years of related business experience
- Minimum of 4 years of related I.S. work experience
