Job Overview
The BI Architect will lead the development of automated and reusable tasks and will extract information from disparate systems to create unified Dashboards. The incumbent will be required to develop standard and efficient dashboards, scorecards and other reports. The incumbent will be responsible for standardization, automation and effective visualization of complex data which will enable our Stakeholders to derive key business insights helping in their decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead internal product development cycles, from ideation to release, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate customer meetings to gather feedback, understand requirements, and translate them into actionable product features.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Create and manage roadmaps, sprint plans, and backlogs in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between engineering, product, and customer stakeholders.
- Drive Agile practices across teams for continuous improvement in delivery.
- Monitor project health (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies) and report status to leadership.
- Master’s degree in project management (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (mandatory).
- 2-4 years of combined experience in Project Management and Product Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven success in managing both internal product teams and customer-facing projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
